Making payments & card security
We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, but we do not accept American Express cards. Payments to the Cookie Crumbles online shop are made via RBS Worldpay, a secure online security system. Your order is accepted once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
Returns Policy for Goods
We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if you are not happy with your purchase you can in most cases return it, with proof of purchase, for a full refund or exchange. Obviously the item must be in its original condition. You will be responsible for any returns postage charge (unless the item is faulty). When returning goods we recommend using registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. When sending out items we inspect every item prior to dispatch. Returns Policy for Workshops, Classes, Events and Gift Vouchers
Once booked and paid for, Workshops, Classes and Events are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. They are also non-transferrable once a workshop is booked and cannot be exchanged for cash. Read more on the page about Deliveries and Returns.
