You will need:

1 x 358g chewy chocolate chunk cookie Mix

1 egg

90 g butter

40g peanut butter

30g chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Prepare the chocolate chip cookie dough according to the instructions on the packet. Place even-sized balls, roughly the size of large golf balls onto the tray. Place in the oven and bake for 9 minutes. Remove from oven and place a small amount of peanut butter and some chocolate chips in the center of each cookie, return to the oven and bake for a further 4 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy.
