You will need:

1 x 358g chewy chocolate chunk cookie Mix

1 x 300g Awesome wholesome brownie Mix

3 eggs

90 g butter

60ml vegetable oil

20 ml water

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 8in/20.5cm loose bottom springform tin with baking parchment. Prepare the chocolate chip cookie dough according to the instructions on the packet. Place the mixture into the prepared tin and press with the back of a spoon into an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven

Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the packet. Spoon the brownie mix over the cookie dough. Spread with the back of a spoon into an even layer. Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until set but still a bit soft in the middle.
