General questions
Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order 1 working day later. Therefore, you can expect to receive your parcel 3-5 working days after the day you placed your order if you book it on our standard service.. If you need your kit in a hurry please add express or next day delivery to your order.
Please email us info@cookiecrumbles.co.uk to notify us of any problems. We will try and locate the parcel or send out a replacement.

Most of our baking mixes are nut free (unless stated in the title) however as the factory also handles nuts on its premises the products might contain traces of nuts
We only source the best possible ingredients we can find and ensure all our products have a shelf life of approx 6-8 months from dispatch date.
Subscription FAQs
All boxes will be sent out between the 20th and 25th every Month but your first order will be shipped as soon as you place your order.
Once you add the subscription to your cart you will be able to add a gift message at checkout.
