We believe passionately in encouraging children to cook and our products and the way we run our shop reflect this philosophy.
Shipping costs
UK and northern Ireland: Standard postage is £4. Orders valued over £45 are free.
Express delivery: Express delivery is offered on products to Mainland UK addresses only. We offer 48 hour delivery (order received within 2 working days) for £9.95.
International delivery: International delivery is available for Europe, America, Africa, Far east and the rest of the world. The cost is £20.
Delivery times
Unless an item is being sent by express delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days, often much sooner.
Occasionally products go missing in transit. If you havn’t received your products within 10 working days please contact us giving your order number and we’ll let you know if the product is still in transit or if a new product will be send out to you.
Returns
We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. If you make a purchase from Cookie Crumbles you have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Returns exemptions and exceptions
The following items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable: perishable products including food and flowers, gift vouchers. Please double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
You must notify Cookie Crumbles in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to help you in the best possible way. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a “signed for” delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
As soon as we’ve received the returned gods we will process a refund of your order directly to your debit or credit payment card (as the case may be), within a maximum of thirty days.
